Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Identify and onboard eligible participants from colleges, hostels, societies, clubs, and personal networks.

1. Promote the project through WhatsApp groups, student communities, and social media platforms.

1. Build and maintain a pipeline of interested participants.

1. Coordinate with participants throughout the onboarding process.

1. Ensure participants clearly understand project requirements and submission guidelines.

1. Follow up with participants to improve engagement and maximize successful submissions.

1. Maintain basic tracking of participant status and progress.

1. Act as the primary point of contact between participants and the project team.

1. Provide regular updates on outreach efforts and participant engagement.

1. Support project expansion by identifying new communities and networks for participant sourcing.
