About the job
We are expanding our institutional growth and corporate partnerships division. We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented professionals to drive our student onboarding initiatives. Your primary focus will be managing end-to-end enrollment pipelines, evaluating applicant documentation, and identifying eligible candidates for various flexible degree programs and scholarship pathways. Your core focus will be to reach out to and assist 12th-pass and final-year graduation students who want to pursue higher education but are held back by extreme financial constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to students seeking educational support and understand their academic goals
- Educate students about flexible and affordable online/distance degree programs and available scholarship opportunities
- Guide students through the enrollment, verification, and documentation process
- Coordinate with management to present fee-waiver cases for deserving and financially challenged students
- Achieve monthly student support and counseling targets to maximize social and organizational impact

Other requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream (Freshers are highly encouraged).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for problem-solving.
- High level of patience and empathy to deal with families in distress.
- Fluency in the regional language of operation is highly preferred.
