Strategic Growth Manager – India & South Asia

Position Summary The Strategic Growth Manager – India & South Asia is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and market penetration across the region. This role partners closely with the General Manager to shape and execute commercial growth strategies across Advanced Staining, Digital Pathology, and other Leica Biosystems portfolios.

The role focuses on identifying growth levers, accelerating funnel conversion, strengthening portfolio adoption, and enabling the commercial organization to deliver above-market performance. The Strategic Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, unlocking new customer segments, and strengthening strategic partnerships across India & South Asia.

This position is part of the Commercial organization and is based in Bangalore, India.
