Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,80,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
- Fixed pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 /year
- Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 80,000 /year
