Trade Brains is looking for a highly motivated Stock Market Research Analyst Intern with a strong interest in financial markets, equity research, and investment analysis. The selected candidate will work closely with the research team to analyze companies, industries, and market trends while contributing to investment research and recommendations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to evaluate company performance.
Assess key financial metrics, profitability, growth potential, and overall business fundamentals.
Conduct industry and sector research to identify market trends, competitive dynamics, opportunities, and risks.
Collect, organize, and interpret financial and market data to support investment research and decision-making.
Assist in preparing research reports, investment theses, and valuation analyses.
Track quarterly earnings, corporate announcements, regulatory updates, and industry developments related to assigned companies and sectors.
Monitor market movements and identify potential investment opportunities in collaboration with the research team.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification such as NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) will be considered an added advantage.
Good understanding of stocks and equity markets.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial ratios, and valuation methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis tools is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present research findings effectively.
