We use the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework across all programs spanning football, basketball, badminton and combat sports with the goal of becoming the worlds largest youth sports training platform. Role OverviewThe State Head Training & Development is the most senior IOT representative for the T&D vertical in the state. You will be responsible for growing IOTs training presence, maintaining program quality, developing the coaching team, and driving athlete outcomes across all centres and schools in your geography. This is a hands-on, field-first role that requires both operational discipline and a genuine passion for youth sport. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery & Quality
Own end-to-end delivery of all T&D programs in the state in-school programs, open training centres, camps, workshops, and leagues.
Ensure consistent execution of the LTAD curriculum across all centres, aligned with standards set by the National Technical Director.
Conduct regular centre visits to review coaching quality, athlete progress, and overall program health.
Coordinate logistics for state-level tournaments, competitions, and district/state/national events.
School & Institutional Partnerships
Identify, pitch, and sign new school partners for in-school programs for Football and Basketball.
Manage ongoing school relationships and serve as the primary IOT contact for principals and sports coordinators.
Explore partnerships with colleges, sports academies, and municipal bodies for open training centre growth.
Coaching Team Management
Recruit, onboard, and manage a state team of accredited IOT coaches and program coordinators.
Review Coach KPIs and support career growth of the coaches within the IOT system.
Athlete Development & Scouting
Track athlete progress across the LTAD pathway from Fundamentals to high performance programs.
Identify standout talent for national camps, residential programs, and international exposure opportunities.
