About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Work directly with the founding team to build and scale one of India's fastest-growing Media & Entertainment technology platforms.

1. Be assigned to a department based on your skills, interests, and interview performance.

1. Contribute to real business projects across technology, marketing, operations, design, content, sales, finance, HR, and customer success.

1. Research industry trends, competitors, creators, production houses, and business opportunities.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and improve internal processes.

1. Use AI-powered tools and modern technologies to improve productivity and automate workflows.

1. Participate in brainstorming sessions, product discussions, and startup strategy meetings.

1. Prepare reports, documentation, presentations, and project updates.

1. Support live platform operations and help deliver an exceptional experience for our users.

1. Take ownership of assigned projects and present outcomes to the leadership team.

Selected candidates may be assigned to one of the following teams based on their skills and interests:

1. Software Development (Frontend, Backend, and Full Stack)

1. AI and Automation

1. Product Management

1. UI/UX Design
