Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Researching target companies, HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers to support business development activities.
Building and maintaining lead databases, conducting LinkedIn outreach, and assisting with follow-ups and meeting coordination.
Creating and repurposing content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms to support marketing and brand-building initiatives.
Conducting market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
Assisting in the planning and promotion of webinars, workshops, and workplace wellbeing programs.
Maintaining CRM records, tracking outreach activities, and preparing reports on business development and marketing efforts.
Supporting the founders in day-to-day growth initiatives, strategic projects, and startup operations.

Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, and social media platforms.
Candidates who are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn by working directly with the founders.
