ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Staff Software Engineer at Demandbase India, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and operating complex, scalable, and reliable platform capabilities that impact multiple engineering teams across the US and India.

You will work on high-impact initiatives across our B2B go-to-market platform, helping build systems that connect data, insights, automation, agentic capabilities, and measurable customer outcomes. This role is ideal for an engineer who combines deep hands-on technical expertise with strong architectural judgment, product thinking, and cross-team influence.

You will partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, architects, and senior engineers to shape technical direction, break down ambiguous problems, and define technical roadmaps across multiple quarters. You will remain hands-on in system design, architecture, coding, reviews, and production readiness while mentoring engineers and raising the engineering bar across teams.

You will also help scale AI-assisted engineering and agentic software practices across systems and workflows to improve delivery speed, code quality, reliability, and developer productivity.
