Neo Fertility Clinic Marathahalli, BangalorePosition: Staff Nurse Location: Neo Fertility Clinic, Marathahalli, Bangalore Reporting To: Dr. Payal Mahapatra About the RoleNeo Fertility Clinic is looking for a compassionate and patient-focused Staff Nurse to support fertility and gynecology consultations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a gynecology clinic, maternity hospital, or women's healthcare setup and be comfortable administering injections, assisting with patient care, and coordinating treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed injections and medications to patients.
- Assist the doctor during consultations and routine clinical procedures.
- Educate patients on medication schedules, injection protocols, and treatment instructions.
- Monitor patients before and after procedures or treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient communication.
- Handle sample collection coordination and basic nursing duties as required.
- Ensure cleanliness, infection control, and smooth functioning of the clinic.
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients undergoing fertility treatment.
• Eligibility Criteria
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of administering injections and basic nursing procedures.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
• Experience RequiredMinimum 1 year of experience in a Gynecology Clinic, Maternity Hospital, Women's Health Center, Fertility Clinic, or Multi-Specialty Hospital is mandatory.Candidates with prior fertility or IVF clinic experience will be preferred. Desired Skills

- Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi.
