Job Description
This Staff Engineer will develop new high-voltage GaN products. Will be responsible for product design and engineering. Will design products to meet cost, performance and reliability specifications. After design, the Engineer will coordinate the movement of multiple engineering lots through wafer fab, packaging, testing and qualification. The Engineer will generate test and qualification protocols and analyze on-wafer and in-package test results. Where needed, the engineer will coordinate failure analysis and corrective action and will be responsible for successful product qualification. Will closely interact with the headquarters in California and the fabrication facilities in Japan and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Design GaN products. Meet cost, performance and reliability specs.
- Coordinate the movement of multiple GaN product engineering lots through wafer fab, assembly, and testing. Ensure timely project execution from start to finish.
- Analyze on-wafer and in-package test results. Ensure compliance with design specifications.
