Position Summary
We are seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to join a growing R&D team in Hyderabad supporting sustaining engineering, VAVE, and lifecycle management for the KingFisher sample preparation systems and Detection instruments.
In this role, you will serve as a technical lead for electrical engineering initiatives, driving design improvements, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring robust electrical system performance across product lifecycles. You will play a key role in sustaining and VAVE efforts, while contributing to system-level integration and helping build capability toward future product development ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Engineering Leadership
Act as a technical lead for electrical systems and subsystems, including PCBAs, power systems, signal integrity, and embedded interfaces.
Lead design, analysis, and troubleshooting of electrical components and systems.
Drive root cause investigations for electrical and system-level issues, including field failures and quality signals.
Support design trade-offs and component selection to optimize performance, cost, and reliability.
