Summary of Role:
As a Staff Business Finance partner, you will support Product Line and Business Finance leadership in planning, performance management, and investment decisions. This role requires strong financial judgment, independent problem solving, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that influence business strategy.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and maintains the quarterly forecast, annual budget planning and long-range planning cycles, highlighting key risks and opportunities
Analyze revenue, margin, operating expense, and manufacturing cost performance to identify business drivers and decision points. Monitors financial performance through analyzing and reporting variances to forecasts
Partner with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and R&D on pricing, cost structure, and product line trade-offs
Build financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, capex, and portfolio decisions
Apply knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing economics, including utilization, cost absorption, and margin drivers, to business decisions
Deliver executive-ready reporting and insights that support business and investment decisions
Lead deep-dive analyses on cost optimization, investment trade-offs, and performance trends

Establishes fiscal controls, prepares financial reports, maintain strong relationships with product management, sales, R&D and site finance teams
Increases organizational productivity by working with internal partners to develop repeatable business processes, automating processes and AI solutions to optimize efficiency
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
6+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, sales finance, or management consulting
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and work independently
Experience in manufacturing finance, cost structures, or other complex operating environments
Demonstrated ownership, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence decisions
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial and operational data into business recommendations
Fluency in English (written & verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree
Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience
Experience supporting product lines, business units, or technical teams
Exposure to capital planning, investment analysis, M&A, partnerships, or R&D portfolio support
Experience preparing executive-level reporting and business cases
Expected Salary Range $88,000.00 - $154,000.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
