Job Title: Staff Augmentation ExecutiveYears of Experience: 1-4 Years Department: Staffing & RecruitmentLocation: AhmedabadEmployment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Augmentation Executive to manage end-to-end vendor-based resource acquisition. The role involves coordinating with staffing vendors, ensuring timely fulfillment of resource requirements, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting workforce planning initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage staffing vendors and recruitment partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality delivery
- Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAsResource Acquisition
- Understand project/resource requirements from internal stakeholders
- Source profiles through vendor channels for contract and temporary positions
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure timely closure of open positionsCoordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors
- Schedule interviews, follow ups, and feedback cycles
- Maintain clear communication to ensure alignment on requirementsTracking & Reporting
- Maintain database of candidates, vendors, and open requirements
- Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, vendor performance, and submission quality
- Generate periodic reports for managementCompliance & Documentation
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and legal requirements
- Manage contracts, onboarding documentation, and vendor agreements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 14 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or vendor management
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation / contract hiring models
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools/ATSPreferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT staffing or consulting environment
- Familiarity with contingent workforce management
- Exposure to vendor management systems (VMS)Key Competencies
