We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our expanding Product and Innovation team. This position will manage Programs that span the entire Product, Engineering and UX organizations. Interactions with and presentations to Engineer teams, Engineering leaders, Product leaders, Executives and third party vendors will be common. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who can bridge communication between technical teams and product focused groups and leaders.
This position will report to the Director, Technical Program and Operations.
You will:
Coordination, monitoring and reporting within the enterprise and external partners
Project planning and support for our engineering teams
Design processes that scale to support our rapidly growing business
Develop schedules, adhere to milestones and keep other team members on task
Recognize and prioritize issues, and collaborate for timely resolution
Identify risk factors, develop and execute mitigation plans
Drive regular status updates to ensure transparency and maximize efficiency
Facilitate open communication among differing personalities and work styles

4+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Change Management, or experience leading large organization-wide programs
Experience managing cross-departmental processes
Experience leading successful projects from start to finish
A talent for empathizing with employee and customer challenges, with a focus on user experience
Critical problem solving skills to navigate complex issues, manage partners, all while being a great team-player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a high-growth company
Business related degree, or equivalent experience
Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis
Fluency in English is required
