About the Role:
As a Senior Enterprise Pre-Sales Systems Engineer at Veeam, you will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor to some of the world’s largest organizations facing complex data resilience and cyber recovery challenges. You will engage deeply with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders — translating business risk into architecture, and architecture into outcomes.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that blends deep hands-on technical expertise with executive-level influence. You will be at the center of Veeam’s enterprise growth — designing secure, resilient, and future-ready architectures across hybrid, multi-cloud, and SaaS environments, and driving measurable business outcomes for the world’s most demanding customers.

What you’ll do:
Pre-Sales Leadership
- Lead complex enterprise pre-sales engagements end-to-end, including discovery, solution design, architecture validation, competitive differentiation, and technical closure.
- Own the technical relationship throughout the sales cycle, acting as the primary point of contact for engineering and architecture stakeholders on strategic accounts.
