Role Summary
The Cloud Network Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and governing the enterprise cloud network architecture across multi-cloud environments. This role requires strong expertise in at least two of the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deep knowledge of hybrid connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
The individual will lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance network solutions and collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and on-prem network teams to ensure optimal connectivity and alignment with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
Define and maintain the enterprise cloud network architecture roadmap
Design scalable and secure Cloud WAN, VPC/VNet topologies, segmentation, and routing strategies
Establish network design standards, patterns, and governance models
Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Connectivity
Design and implement multi-cloud networking strategies and interconnectivity
Architect hybrid solutions integrating on-premises data centers with cloud environments
Lead implementation of VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and equivalent solutions
