Sr Representative, Operations

The responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive. Given the fast-moving nature of this work, the responsibilities may evolve and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Define a “Golden Set” of labels by reviewing sample data and applying predefined labels to identify missing and/or unnecessary labels on a project-by-project basis.

Complete assigned data labeling tasks in line with productivity and quality targets, defined per project.

Add clear and concise notes where none of the labels apply to the content being reviewed.

Review and map customer feedback during any gaps in labeling tasks.

Qualifications, Background & Experience Required

-

Experience as a data labeler; preferred 2 years, open to candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience.

Experience in data labeling, ideally supporting similar programs in the relevant language.

Proficient in FLP - minimum B2 level

Exceptional reading, comprehension, and communication skills—both verbal and written, with the ability to concisely describe unlabeled content.

Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency, strong analytical thinking with an aptitude for root cause analysis.

Strong organizational and time-management skills; a self-starter who is proactive and action-oriented.
