Fire TV is the world's most popular streaming media player, reaching hundreds of millions of customers globally. The Free Streaming team is building a global free ad-supported streaming experience that is scaling rapidly across content partners and international markets. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Technical to own the product roadmap that scales the free streaming platform for content partners and international expansion. You will own onboarding velocity: how content partners get onto the platform, how content ingestion scales across formats and markets, and how the tooling and infrastructure keeps pace with the business. This role sits at the intersection of partner tooling, content ingestion, international product launches, and the tax, accounting, and payments infrastructure required to operate a global content business. In this role, you will: - Own the product roadmap for Creator Studio, our self-service partner onboarding and content management platform, scaling it from early adoption to the primary interface for all content partners globally - Drive onboarding velocity: reduce time-to-live for new partners, automate ingestion workflows, and build the systems that let the platform scale without scaling manual effort - Own the product side of international expansion launches. Define content and platform requirements per market, build the reusable launch playbook, and drive readiness across content, tooling, tax, accounting, and payments infrastructure - Navigate the tax, accounting, and payments complexity of operating a multi-market content business. Partner with FinOps, legal, and accounting teams to ensure each market has a viable partner payment model at launch - Partner with IN-based engineering teams to build scalable content ingestion pipelines, partner tools, and onboarding systems that work across formats (VOD, live, short-form, long-form) and across markets The ideal candidate has experience building content platforms or partner-facing tools at scale, understands the mechanics of content ingestion and partner onboarding, and can operate across product, engineering, finance, and business development with equal fluency. You are comfortable with ambiguity, energized by building systems that scale globally, and motivated by the challenge of turning a fast-growing content platform into a well-oiled machine. Key job responsibilities - Own Creator Studio Product Roadmap: Scale the self-service partner onboarding and content management platform. Define feature priorities, partner feedback loops, and the path from manual onboarding to fully automated ingestion for all content types and markets. - Drive Onboarding Velocity: Reduce partner time-to-live. Build and improve content ingestion pipelines across MRSS, API, and manual workflows. Ensure ingestion scales across formats and markets without degrading quality or increasing manual effort. - Own International Expansion Product Launches: Define content and platform requirements per market, build the reusable launch playbook, and drive product readiness for each new market. Partner with CAPE and local teams to ensure content, tooling, and infrastructure are ready at launch. - Navigate Tax, Accounting, and Payments: Own the product requirements for partner payment models across markets. Work with FinOps, legal, tax, and accounting teams to define viable payment structures (rev share, inventory share, licensing) and ensure compliance. Drive defective launch approvals and payment automation where needed. - Manage Partner Experience at Scale: Own the partner lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing operations. Build tools and processes that reduce partner friction, improve time-to-live, and give partners visibility into their content and performance. - Build Content Quality Gates: Define and enforce ingestion quality standards for titles, images, metadata, and content classification. Build automated quality gates that prevent bad content from entering the platform. - Bridge Product and Business Development: Work closely with BD to translate partner needs into product requirements and ensure the platform roadmap reflects the content acquisition strategy and IX expansion plan. A day in the life You own how content gets onto Fire TV Free Streaming. Day to day, you're reviewing Creator Studio partner feedback to prioritize the next tooling sprint. You're working with engineering on an ingestion pipeline issue blocking partner channels from going live. You're defining the content and payment requirements for the next international market launch. You're meeting with FinOps to resolve a tax and accounting blocker for a new market. You're working with BD to understand what new partners need from the platform and translating that into product requirements. You're setting ingestion quality standards that ensure every piece of content meets the bar before it enters the system. You're the person who makes sure the platform scales as fast as the business. About the team The Fire TV Free Streaming team owns the end-to-end free streaming experience on Fire TV: content discovery, personalization, player CX, audience growth, and monetization. We operate as a lean, high-leverage team scaling a rapidly growing ad-supported streaming business across news, sports, music videos, creators, and emerging media formats. The work is cross-functional, fast-moving, and directly tied to one of Fire TV's top org-wide priorities. We value structured thinking, data over debates, and experimentation over opinion.
