Key cross-functional partner for Design, Merchandising, Materials and Technical Teams.
Executes product development activities based on strategies and priorities set by Director of PD.
Supports Director of PD in creation and implementation of sourcing strategy
Manages all aspects of development while engaging Design to ensure aesthetic intent.
Creates and maintains seasonal calendars to ensure timeliness of deliverable with project management office collaborating cross functional with all business stake holders
Aligns cross-functionally on the execution of development and implementation of strategies to drive decision-making.
Attend Design Card hand off and record details needed for product launch with external supplier.

Coordinate with Tech and Materials Management the sending of development packages, materials and trims to sample rooms and Service Providers.
Launch and manages the timely delivery of samples, mockups and other submits from sample facilities
Track all proto, line opening, fit, pre-production sample deliveries.
Create and maintain development and production WIP charts in excel
Support the review of prototypes to meet Product Development Timeline milestones.
Coordinate workload, communication and direction directly to factories both overseas and domestic.
Attend fittings guiding CFT on product cost and timing for product approval
Lead weekly cross functional team PTM meeting.
Create and maintain of Bill of Materials in EcVision system
Review Weekly WIP submissions from external suppliers for development and production delivery status, updating master WIP with all details
Collect and evaluate costing for accuracy of materials at proto, Line Opening, fit and final cost stages.
Create and maintain seasonal costing chart from early development, proto, line opening, fit , and final cost stages
Set target cost for both materials and styles taking guidance and final approval from PD Director.
Submit Working Cost in EcVision system at proto, line opening, fit, and final cost stages.
Manage and mentor team of coordinators
Attend seasonal buy review meetings guiding Merch and GMP on product MOQ and manufacturing allocation.
Supports the investigation and development of new SP’s.

10+ years experience in product development, costing, and production
