We help businesses across industries fill their sales pipelines by identifying, qualifying, and delivering high-intent prospects so their sales teams can focus on closing.We're looking for a Sr Inside Sales Specialist, who will drive client acquisition and account growth for this vertical. You'll be the face of Hunarstreet's lead generation service pitching to businesses, onboarding new clients, and ensuring they see measurable results. What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and approach potential clients who need B2B lead generation support for their products or services across sectors like SaaS, BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and more
- Understand each prospect's target audience, sales cycle, and business goals to pitch the right lead generation solution
- Drive the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery calls to proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Onboard new clients and serve as their primary point of contact for all campaign-related queries and updates
- Work closely with the internal lead generation and research teams to ensure campaign briefs are clear, timelines are met, and lead quality meets client expectations
- Track campaign performance metrics and share regular reports with clients
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and report on conversion progress
What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years in B2B sales, Inside Sales, or account management experience in selling a service (not a product) strongly preferred
- Prior exposure to lead generation, demand generation, or inside sales as either a buyer or seller of such services is a strong advantage
- Strong ability to understand a client's business context and translate that into a clear brief for delivery teams
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills you ask the right questions before pitching
- Comfortable working with targets and presenting ROI-based value propositions to decision-makers
- Good Market research ability
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred
