About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound and inbound sales calls to convert leads into paying customers
- Develop and execute strategic calling campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the product suite
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Mentor junior telesales staff and support training initiatives
- Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Resolve customer queries and objections with professionalism and empathy
