The PACE Anchor is responsible for independently auditing and assessing factory and warehouse operations with a strong focus on supply chain, engineering, and quality functions. The role ensures adherence to defined standard operating procedures (SOPs), strengthens governance, and drives consistency in ways of working across locations. ________
Key Responsibilities
Operational Audits & Assessments
Conduct periodic audits of factory operations, primarily across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality domains.
Independently review processes and practices to ensure compliance with established SOPs and organizational standards.
Provide an unbiased and objective assessment of operational effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Extract and analyze reports from internal systems.
Validate operational performance against defined SOPs and benchmarks.
Score factories and warehouses based on compliance and performance metrics.
Highlight gaps, risks, and areas of improvement through structured reporting.
Site Visits & Coverage
• Conduct regular on-ground audits across:
o ~5 internal manufacturing facilities o ~10 external warehouses/godowns
Ensure at least one visit per factory per quarter.
Maintain strong coverage to ensure continuous oversight and governance.
Independent Assurance Role
