We are seeking a Senior Director, Regional Marketing Americas to build and lead a high-performing regional marketing organization across North America and Latin America. The Senior Director will ensure consistent, scalable execution across the Americas while delivering measurable business impact through demand generation, installed-base penetration, lifecycle marketing, brand strength, and customer-led growth initiatives. This leader will serve as a key partner to regional commercial teams, connecting global marketing priorities with local market opportunities to accelerate growth across Service, Modernization, and New Equipment businesses.

Establish and monitor KPIs including pipeline contribution, lead quality, campaign ROI, revenue influence, and account engagement
Leverage analytics and customer insights to continuously optimize marketing performance
Ensure effective use of marketing technology, automation, CRM, and customer data platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
12–15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial excellence, demand generation, or growth marketing
Significant leadership experience within large, matrixed, global organizations
Proven success driving measurable demand generation and revenue outcomes
Experience partnering directly with senior commercial and business leaders
Experience leading regional marketing organizations across diverse markets
Capabilities
Strong strategic marketing and commercial business acumen
Expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, and customer lifecycle marketing

Impact
This role is critical to accelerating growth across the Americas by connecting marketing investments directly to commercial outcomes. Through strategic leadership, strong commercial partnership, and data-driven execution, the Senior Director will strengthen the Otis brand, increase customer engagement, generate demand, and drive measurable business growth across the region.
The salary range for this role is$200,000-$240,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
