Senior Consultant – SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors

Hyderabad, India (Remote/Hybrid/Office) | 6 - 10 years (2+ in SmartRecruiters) | Full-time

Be part of one of the first dedicated SmartRecruiters practices in the SAP ecosystem. As SAP repositions its talent acquisition portfolio around SmartRecruiters, YASH Technologies is building the advisory, implementation and AI-enablement capability that global enterprises need to make the transition. You’ll lead flagship implementations and RCM/RMK to SmartRecruiters migrations for international clients, shape our delivery playbooks and accelerators, work hands-on with the Winston AI suite with sponsored certifications and a clear path into practice leadership.

What You’ll Own

• Lead end-to-end SmartRecruiters implementations – discovery and design workshops through configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare applying the Hiring Success methodology as the senior functional authority on the engagement.

• Drive client transitions from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK) to SmartRecruiters, including process mapping, data strategy for Jobs and candidates, coexistence/phased architectures and cutover.

• Act as trusted advisor to client HR and TA leadership – presenting solution options, trade-offs, AI adoption roadmaps with Winston and transformation plans to senior stakeholders.

• Lead workstreams and delivery teams – managing scope, risks and timelines while coordinating onshore/offshore consultants.
