The Sr. Associate Supply Chain, Planning & Analytics is responsible for supporting global supply chain planning processes through data analysis, reporting, planning system maintenance, and business insights generation. This role partners closely with Network Planning, Site Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to provide analytical support that improves supply visibility, planning performance, inventory management, and operational decision-making.
The position plays a critical role in transforming supply chain data into actionable insights, enabling improved forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, supply risk management, and planning process effectiveness across the network.
Supply Chain Planning Analytics
Analyze supply, demand, inventory, and planning data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support network planning activities through reporting, scenario analysis, and planning recommendations.
Monitor inventory performance, material availability, and supply chain health indicators.
Develop analyses to support inventory optimization, safety stock management, and supply continuity.
Identify supply chain constraints and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Reporting & Business Intelligence
Develop, maintain, and automate planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Support creation of executive-level reporting packages and business reviews.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience with SAP, RapidResponse, Kinaxis, or other supply chain planning platforms.
Experience developing dashboards and reports using Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
Experience with data governance, master data management, and planning system maintenance.
Project management and continuous improvement experience.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or process improvement methodologies.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
