United Digital Technology’s Vendor Management Office (VMO) serves as a centralized function responsible for proactively governing strategic supplier relationships and managing associated risks across key dimensions, including contractual compliance, service delivery performance, financial health, operational stability, and cybersecurity. To support the growth and resilience of the application and infrastructure landscape, the VMO drives structured supplier governance through defined forums (MBR, QBR, EBR), along with robust performance management and commercial oversight practices. This ensures vendors consistently deliver measurable business value, meet contractual and operational commitments, and align with Digital Technology’s strategic objectives. Through a data-driven and standardized governance framework, the VMO enhances accountability, strengthens supplier performance, and mitigates risks—ultimately enabling scalable, efficient, and resilient digital technology operations.
