- Hands-on experience developing Salesforce 2nd‑generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies.
- Proficient with SFDX CLI–driven development workflows, using source‑driven development, scripting, and automation to support package-based delivery.
- Deep experience with scratch org–based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemeral environments.
- Lead the architecture, design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools like Lightning flow creation
- Lead the guide the offshore team and be the single point of contact for the scrum team
