As a marketer for this portfolio, you will help shape market messaging, drive demand generation, and build relationships with key accounts and partners across these high-growth technology sectors.
The activation marketer is responsible to spearhead marketing strategies to drive growth. This includes enhancing the awareness & and value proposition of the offerings amongst stakeholders (end customers , channel & influencers) , while simultaneously ensuring alignment with the company's mission and other functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Position is intended for individuals who have a background in product/ portfolio marketing in similar or other markets that are nascent and growing fast. Basic expectations include the ability to anticipate market & internal needs, focus on the business goals and being exceptionally persistent. The individual should be able to create & run marketing initiatives like lead generation campaigns, website optimization, creating sales collaterals & tools, market sizing & research and conducting basic price/ profit analysis with periodic supervision & assistance. When necessary, should exhibit good judgement to request & receive assistance in handling situations that require greater experience or knowledge as applicable
Skills, Expertise, and Qualifications Required:
8-10 years experience in marketing with a proven track record in marketing roles preferably in a consumer electronics manufacturing OEM/OBM/CM organization
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and trade shows
Proficiency in analysing, representing & reporting data; experience in developing strategic directions for portfolio / product entry, Go-to -market will be a big advantage

Excellent communication and collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to influence without authority is a must
Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a focus on achieving business results. Must have a ‘go-getter’ attitude
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in marketing, digital
marketing, and media.The ability to think freely, work independently, excellent communication, demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and a high level of self-drive are essential to this role.
Other Criteria:
Position will be based out of Bangalore with pan-India responsibility; ~15% travel is anticipated
BA/BS/BE University degree - Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Science-related Degrees may be an advantage; an MBA from a reputed institute will be an added advantage
Previous work experience in marketing is a must with an exposure to having worked with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers), CM (Contract Manufacturer) or ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) in Electronics Industry highly preferred.
