Specialist - Integration

As a Senior Software Engineer - Integration, you will play a pivotal role in driving the integration strategy and architecture for our organization. Your expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud will be instrumental in leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of integration projects. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

• Lead solution design and development using Oracle Integration Cloud, focusing on end-to-end integrations.

• Architect and implement REST, SOAP, File, and Event-driven integrations, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Define and establish integration standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across the organization.

• Implement robust security measures, including OAuth2, mTLS, OCI Signature, and Basic Auth, to protect data and systems.

• Handle complex payload scenarios, such as multipart, attachments, large files, and AVRO/XML/JSON, ensuring seamless data exchange.

• Design fault-tolerant systems with effective logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms to ensure high availability.

• Conduct thorough architecture and code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards.

• Mentor and guide a team of OIC developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Own sprint planning, provide accurate estimations, and ensure timely delivery of integration projects.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams to align integration efforts with business goals.
