• Assess students' academic, behavioral, and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Adapt curriculum, teaching methods, and learning materials to meet individual needs.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, therapists, and school administrators.
• Support students in developing social, communication, and life skills.
• Manage classroom behavior using positive intervention strategies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and educational planning.
• Ensure compliance with special education policies and regulations.Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Rehabilitation, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification or diploma in Special Education (requirements vary by country and employer).
• Knowledge of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and other special needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
