Kidway Education is looking for passionate and qualified Spanish Teachers to conduct engaging online classes for school students in a structured virtual classroom environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make language learning interactive, engaging, and effective.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live online Spanish language classes as per the assigned schedule.
Teach Spanish grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
Encourage student participation and maintain an interactive and engaging classroom environment.
Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents when required.
Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth and effective class delivery.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessments.
Work Shifts (IST):
Morning Shift: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Evening Shift: 8:30 PM - 12:30 AM

Class Setup (Post Selection):
A proper class setup will be required only after the candidate is shortlisted.
The setup includes a whiteboard, a laptop with an additional webcam, a neckband/headset, proper lighting, Wi-Fi connection, and power backup.

Eligibility:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Spanish, Foreign Languages, Education, or a related field.
Prior teaching experience in Spanish will be preferred.

Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and student-centric learning experiences.
Reliable internet connectivity and basic technical proficiency for online teaching.
