Sourcing Manager – Organic & Agri Products📍 Location: Jaipur🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time🌐 Company: Zamidar (https://www.zamidar.com/) About the Role:Zamidar is expanding its operations in the organic and natural products segment, including coconut oil, mustard oil, coconut sugar, and other farm-sourced essentials. We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to strengthen our procurement network and ensure consistent, high-quality supply of agricultural and organic products. Key Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable farmers, suppliers, and aggregators for organic/agri products.Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships across regions.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements to ensure cost efficiency.Ensure procurement aligns with quality standards and organic certifications.Monitor market trends, crop cycles, and price fluctuations.Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely supply.Maintain proper documentation and compliance related to sourcing activities.Work closely with management to develop sourcing strategies and expansion plans. Requirements:B.Sc. in Agriculture (Mandatory)3–4 years of experience in organic/agri product sourcing.Strong knowledge of agricultural commodities and supply chain management.Understanding of organic certifications and quality standards is preferred.Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and relationship management.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close cost-effective deals.Ability to travel for vendor development and field visits when required. Preferred Skills:Experience in sourcing edible oils, natural sweeteners, or similar organic products.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Vendor network in Rajasthan or nearby regions will be an advantage.
