The Opportunity

Are you ready to optimize the supply networks that make life-saving diagnostics possible? As our Sourcing Manager in Mumbai, India, you will be a vital part of our APAC sourcing operations. In this high-impact role, you will execute end-to-end, medium- to high-complexity sourcing projects while acting as a key mechanism for the Asia Sourcing Office - identifying regional suppliers, performing initial due diligence, and translating transactional requests into strategic, value-add solutions.

- Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Sourcing Lead APAC and is part of the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE).

- Wider team and stakeholders: Partners with DOP Category, DOP Delivery, RSS Demand to Pay, regional operations stakeholders, and external suppliers to resolve administrative bottlenecks and inform future strategies.

- Role Type: An Individual Contributor role focused on end-to-end sourcing execution, master data management, and value creation.

- Impact: You drive global sourcing excellence, financial value, and compliance across the APAC footprint. Specifically, you are accountable for:

- Asia Supplier Discovery: Identifying potential suppliers across Asia, executing initial due diligence, and conducting targeted regional benchmarking.

- Sourcing Execution: Compliantly executing regional sourcing projects, standard processes (RfIs, RfQs, RfPs), and eSourcing tools for on-market products and New Product Introductions (NPI).
