Job Summary
The Sourcing Digitalization and AI lead a key role within the Global Logistics & Spares Supply Chain Sourcing (GLSS) organization, responsible for driving the end-to-end digital transformation of processes for logistics services and spare parts procurement and supply assurance.
This role owns the implementation and continuous improvement of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Supply Intelligence solutions, ensuring alignment with GLSS objectives of cost savings, supply assurance, process standardization, and scalability.

The role acts as a bridge between business, sourcing intelligence, supply assurance, and digital/IT teams, enabling deployment of data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities to improve productivity, decision quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation & Implementation
Lead end-to-end implementation of S2C and P2P workstreams including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
Drive digital enablement of sourcing processes for logistics (air, ocean, surface) and spare parts procurement.
Requirement Elicitation & Solution Design
Partner with GLSS stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with sourcing, supply assurance, and intelligence needs.
Lead Build, Buy, or Partner decisions for solutions based on business needs, financial and technical feasibility assessments.
Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized system configurations and workflows leveraging available AI tools and capabilities into clear strategy / roadmap.
Process Optimization & Standardization
Lead process mapping, re-engineering, and gap analysis to improve sourcing efficiency and governance.
Recommend best practices to standardize RFQ processes, rate governance, supplier onboarding, and savings tracking across GLSS.
System Integration & AI Deployment
Collaborate with IT and integration teams to ensure seamless integration across S2P platforms, TMS, ERP, and analytics tools.
Enable large-scale, data-driven RFQs and sourcing events through system readiness and optimization.
Adoption, Training & Change Management
Develop training materials, user manuals, and conduct enablement sessions for sourcing, supply assurance, and operations teams.
Drive adoption of digital tools and promote data-driven decision-making culture within GLSS.
Governance, PMO & Delivery Excellence
Manage project governance, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality implementation within budget.
Ensure strong PMO practices including status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
Production Support & Continuous Improvement
Act as liaison between business users and system teams for production support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging automation, analytics, and AI use cases.
Business Value Realization
Build and track business cases for digital initiatives, linking deployments to cost savings, productivity gains, and service level improvements.
Support leadership reporting through dashboards and insights on adoption, performance, and outcomes.
What You Need to Bring:
Key Qualifications & Experience
8–12 years of experience in digital procurement transformation, sourcing, supply chain, or business process excellence.
Proven experience implementing Source-to-Pay systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua).
Strong functional understanding of logistics sourcing, spare parts procurement, or supply chain operations.
Experience driving process transformation and large-scale system deployments.
Functional & Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of S2C, P2P, supplier management, RFQ processes, and sourcing analytics.
Experience with integration of S2P tools with TMS, ERP, and data/analytics platforms.
Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled workflows, and digital sourcing use cases preferred.
Professional Skills & Attributes

Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable digital solutions.
