Solutions Engineer - South
POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Pre-Sales Engineer for the Trend AI Volume & SMB team, you will be the primary technical advisor to prospects and partners throughout the sales cycle. You will translate customer security requirements into tailored Trend Micro solutions, deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs of concept, and act as the technical bridge between sales, channel partners, and product teams to accelerate deal velocity across a high-volume SMB pipeline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with account executives and channel partners to support the technical sales cycle for SMB and volume accounts, from discovery through close.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proofs of concept (PoCs) showcasing Trend AI and the broader Trend Micro security portfolio.
- Conduct customer needs assessments and map security requirements to the right Trend Micro solution architecture and licensing model.
