We are looking for a skilled and experienced GCP Infrastructure Engineer to join our engineering team in India. In this role, you will be at the heart of building, optimizing, and maintaining our cloud-based systems on Google Cloud Platform — ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams, drive cloud infrastructure initiatives, and play a key role in shaping the foundation platform that enables seamless application deployments. If you thrive in environments that demand both technical depth and a solutions-oriented mindset, this is the opportunity for you.
What You Will Do
Build, manage, and continuously improve the GCP foundation platform to support application deployments at scale
Engineer infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approaches, primarily with Terraform
Experience with Agent AI
Design, develop, and deploy modular, cloud-native systems in accordance with best practices
Integrate, configure, and manage centrally provided cloud services including IAM, VPC networking, logging, OS management, and containers
Manage Software Defined Networking (SDN) within GCP environments
Ensure compliance with centrally defined security policies and operational risk standards covering network, firewall, OS hardening, logging, monitoring, availability, and resiliency
Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
Build and support CI/CD and continuous testing pipelines to enable efficient software delivery
Work with BigQuery — including data load jobs and performance tuning of BQ queries
Debug and troubleshoot Spark jobs and support data processing workflows
Interact with clients to provide cloud support and deliver recommendations based on their specific needs
Regularly review existing systems and propose improvements to enhance performance and reliability
