The Role
Deliver accurate and reliable benefits and recognition administration, ensuring employees receive the right benefits at the right time and maintaining confidence in bp's people services.
Maintain high-quality benefits data and payroll alignment, reducing errors, preventing rework, and supporting effective decision-making and reporting.
Resolve operational issues and service disruptions to conclusion, minimizing business impact and improving the employee and stakeholder experience.
Build effective partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders that enable consistent service delivery, clear accountability, and timely resolution of escalated issues.
Drive measurable improvements in benefits operations, strengthening efficiency, simplifying processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Maintain compliance with digital security, privacy, and governance requirements, protecting employee data and reducing operational risk across the benefits technology landscape.
Develop and sustain robust process and knowledge documentation that supports operational resilience, consistency, and effective service continuity.

Experience supporting the administration of employee benefits, recognition, HR, payroll, or other operational people processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain high-volume data accurately, with a strong record of identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
Experience investigating and resolving operational issues, service requests, or supplier customer concerns to successful conclusion.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, or service providers to deliver agreed outcomes and service levels.
Ability to analyse information, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to operational challenges.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain issues clearly and provide updates to stakeholders.
Experience working with business systems, technology platforms, or digital tools to support operational service delivery.
Desirable requirements
Experience with benefits, reward, recognition, or employee wellbeing platforms.
Understanding of payroll processes and system integrations.
Exposure to data privacy, security, risk, or governance requirements in a corporate environment.
Experience working within a global or geographically distributed operating model.
Experience working with third-party technology or service providers.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across HR, payroll, digital technology, vendors, and country teams to support the services and platforms that enable employees to access and manage their benefits.
