Role DescriptionThe main objective of this role is to generate, follow up, and convert leads for solar rooftop and energy-efficiency projects, while supporting customer relationships and channel/franchisee development. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for solar rooftop and energy-efficiency projects.
- Meet customers, understand their requirements, and support them through the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, site visits, documentation, and closure.
- Support smaller solar companies and franchisee partners in scaling business with WRS.
- Maintain weekly sales reports, lead status, and conversion dashboards.
- Support promotional events, customer education, and local business development activities.
Required Profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship, or project sales.
- Experience in solar, electrical, construction, building materials, real estate, industrial services, or B2B sales will be preferred
- Comfortable with field visits and travel within and outside Maharashtra.
- Organised, persistent, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
