QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (manual + automation), responsible for ensuring high-quality releases through robust test design, execution, and automation. The role combines strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud with modern automation practices and AI-assisted testing to improve speed, coverage, and defect detection. Works closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Job Requirements
6+ years of QA experience with strong focus on Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud)
Hands-on experience in manual + automation testing
Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA best practices
Experience in automation tools: Selenium / Playwright / Opkey
Programming knowledge in Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript
Experience with test frameworks: TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Mocha/Jest
Good knowledge of SQL and data validation
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git
Exposure to IICS, API testing, and system integrations (SFDC, CPQ, ERP)
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot) for testing optimization
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications
Perform end-to-end manual testing: functional, regression, UI, exploratory, and cross-browser
Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, SPIFF logic, and integrations
Build and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts (UI + API)
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and improve coverage & reliability
Use AI tools to generate test cases, optimize scripts, and accelerate defect analysis
Perform data validation and integration testing across systems (SFDC, CPQ, ERP)
Log, track, and manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and provide release sign-off with QA metrics & risks
