Software Engineering Manager, Agentic Search

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in software development.

• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

• Experience working on Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (Gen-AI) and Information Retrieval problems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

• Experience managing a team owning large-scale, end-to-end problems and developing technical leads.

• Experience in leading a team that takes experimental systems from a prototype stage to a working product.
