About the internship
Note: This fellowship program is open only to 2nd and 3rd-year undergraduate students. Final-year (4th-year) students are not eligible to apply. Recent graduates and freshers are welcome to apply.
The Utpatti fellowship, designed and operated by Mitt Arv Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is a structured paid fellowship and finishing program for college students who want to develop real industry skills through hands-on work, mentorship, and live projects. Unlike traditional finishing schools where students pay to participate, Utpatti is a unique program that pays students while they learn. Designed primarily for first- and second-year students, it follows a learning-by-doing approach, enabling participants to work on real products with real teams and develop the practical skills needed to become industry-ready professionals while still pursuing their studies.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Live project contribution: Working on real industry projects under mentor guidance, contributing to design, development, testing, or documentation as assigned.
- Learning & skill building: Actively completing foundation training, applying concepts to live work, and continuously improving technical and professional skills.
- Collaboration & communication: Participating in stand-ups, reviews, and team discussions; collaborating with fellow students, mentors, and project leads.
- Ownership & performance: Taking responsibility for assigned tasks, meeting deadlines, maintaining quality standards, and demonstrating consistent performance throughout the program.
