Embedded Firmware Engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking an Embedded Firmware Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing, testing, and maintaining firmware for embedded systems. The role requires strong knowledge of MCU-based product development, peripheral interfacing, RTOS-based design, and engineering tools used across the firmware lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, debug, and optimize embedded firmware for MCU-based systems.
Work with MCU peripherals and communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, ADC, PWM, and GPIO.
Develop and maintain firmware modules for real-time applications using RTOS concepts.
Perform board bring-up, peripheral driver integration, and hardware-software validation.
Analyze system behavior, troubleshoot issues, and improve firmware reliability and performance.
Collaborate with hardware, validation, and cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle.
Use project tracking and engineering tools to manage tasks, defects, and technical documentation.
