What you'll Do

- Design and develop end-to-end full stack applications using React.js (frontend) and Python (backend)

- Build and maintain APIs and services to power marketing automation workflows

- Develop automation frameworks and tools to streamline campaign execution and data-driven processes

- Integrate applications with data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and external APIs

- Integrate agentic AI/LLM capabilities into marketing workflows

- Hands on experience on RAG, MCP and Agentic workflow orchestration

- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of applications and services, contribute to Git and CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and release processes

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate in code reviews and standard processes, develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures

- Collaborate in an agile environment to define requirements and deliver iterative solutions along with thorough documentation

What you need to succeed

- 8+ years of experience in full stack development with proficiency in Python, React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

- Experience designing asynchronous and distributed systems

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs, familiarity with API gateway patterns and service orchestration, integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Claude) into applications

- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, AI Agents / multi-step workflow orchestration and MCPs (Model Context Protocols)
