Job Description:
As a Product/Tech Support Engineer at Signzy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality technical support while ensuring compliance and security in financial transactions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in SaaS and fintech systems.
Analyze REST APIs, request/response flows, and debug issues using tools like Postman.
Work with n8n workflows and JavaScript basics, including conditions and functions, for debugging purposes.
Monitor Linux environments, analyze logs, and perform basic scripting tasks.
Apply networking concepts such as TCP/UDP, IP whitelisting, and IP blacklisting to diagnose issues.
Work with AWS services including IAM, S3, and EC2, along with SSL/TLS certificate management.
Run and troubleshoot Docker containers while analyzing container logs.
Work with Kubernetes and Helm by navigating clusters, inspecting pods, deployments, and services, and analyzing logs using kubectl.
Utilize observability tools such as Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus for log and metrics analysis.
Handle client-facing technical support scenarios with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with observability tools such as Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus.

Experience in customer service or support roles with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience supporting APIs and digital KYC solutions in financial institutions is highly desirable.
Previous experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
