About the job
As a soft skills trainer at Koncept Global Books (Arihant Publications), your role will involve conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance personal development and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on soft skills/life skills development.
- Assess the needs of participants and tailor training sessions accordingly.
- Create and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to help individuals improve their skills.
- Collaborate with other trainers and professionals to enhance the overall training experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on participants' lives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve our offerings.
Note: Willingness to travel as the role entails traveling to schools for conducting workshops.
