Key responsibilities

1. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling and has a strong understanding of short-form content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. You should be able to craft scripts that are insightful, relatable, consumer-focused, and capable of simplifying financial concepts into engaging stories that audiences genuinely want to watch and share.

1. You must be highly aware of current social media trends, formats, and audience behaviour, with the ability to adapt your writing style across a variety of content genres. From humour-driven reels and emotional narratives to educational explainers, creator-led content, and micro-drama formats, you should be comfortable developing ideas and scripts that resonate with diverse audiences.

1. The role requires excellent command over both Hindi and English, with the ability to write naturally in either language and seamlessly blend the two when required.

1. You should also be AI-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance research, ideation, and content production. At the same time, we value original thinking, strong creative instincts, and the ability to generate fresh ideas beyond AI-generated outputs.
