• Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with 34 years of experience managing B2C brands, preferably in healthcare, wellness, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or health-tech sectors.
• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality content.Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.Identify trends, campaign opportunities, and new content formats.Track and analyse social media performance and provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches, campaigns, and awareness initiatives.Ensure all healthcare-related communication is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Requirements34 years of experience in social media management for B2C brands.Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or health-tech industries is preferred.Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools.Excellent communication, copy review, and storytelling skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
