This is an execution-first role and we mean that as a compliment. You're the person who makes sure the content actually goes live, looks right, sounds right, and lands on time. You work closely with the account managers to coordinate across the creative, design, and production teams to keep everything moving. You're organised, proactive, genuinely interested in social media, and ready to learn fast in a high-velocity environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
A. Scheduling & Publishing
Own the scheduling and publishing of content across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube accurate, on-time, every time
Manage content calendars and ensure posts go out per the approved plan
Adapt and resize assets for platform specs in coordination with the creative team
Maintain an organised content library
B. Community Management
Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions across all platforms daily
Ensure a response to community interactions with the right tone and brand voice
Flag sensitive or high-priority conversations to the strategist promptly
C. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with the creative producer, designer, and copywriter to track content status and keep deadlines on track
Chase approvals, coordinate feedback rounds, and flag anything at risk of slipping
Sit in on strategy and production calls, take notes, follow through on actions
Support on-ground coverage at brand events capture, assist, coordinate

Other requirements
1+ years of experience in social media, content, or a digital marketing role
Hands-on experience scheduling and publishing content across major social platforms
Strong attention to detail — a wrong caption or missed post is not something you let slide
Comfortable working across multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
Good written communication — you can match a brand voice and spot when copy is off
Organised and self-managed — you know what's due, what's pending, and what needs a nudge
Familiar with scheduling tools: Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail content
Basic Canva or design awareness — enough to flag when an asset needs fixing
Exposure to social analytics tools and reading platform insights
Comfort using AI tools for caption drafts, scheduling, or content research
Digitally native, genuinely interested in social media — you're on the platforms, you notice what's working
