We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. If you're the person who spots a trending audio at 8am, already has a concept in your head by 8:05, and has it filmed and edited before lunch we need to talk. We're hiring a Social Media Content Creator to join our team at one of our India branches (you'll work from the branch closest to you, with flexibility to work from home on some days hybrid role).This isn't a "post once a week and call it a day" position. We want someone who is obsessed with content, driven by engagement, and genuinely excited to show up every single day with fresh ideas that stop the scroll. What You'll Do
- Concept, shoot, and edit daily short-form videos Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and clips for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and TikTok
- Own our content calendar and ensure we show up consistently, every day, across all platforms
- Stay ahead of trends audio, formats, visual styles, challenges and move fast to capitalize on them before they peak
- Tailor content to each platform's unique audience and algorithm (what works on Instagram is not what works on LinkedIn you know the difference)
- Write compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive saves, shares, and comments
- Monitor analytics track reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and views and adjust strategy based on what the data tells you
- Repurpose and cross-post content smartly to maximize reach without feeling repetitive
- Engage with our community: reply to comments, spark conversations, and build a genuine following
- Collaborate with internal teams to weave brand messaging naturally into entertaining, shareable content
- Experiment constantly A/B test formats, styles, and topics and bring what works, drop what doesn't
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio or active social handle that shows your work (this is non-negotiable we want to see what you create)
- Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar video editing tools
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe for graphics and thumbnails
- Deep understanding of how Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit each work differently
- A sharp eye for trending sounds, visual aesthetics, and storytelling hooks
- High energy, self-motivated, and able to produce quality content at volume without burning out
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Bonus: experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.)
